Hi Eero, your patch will mean that the file will no longer be Valid XHTML 1.0 Strict due to the "border" attribute.
You could get around this by using CSS to control the appearance of the page. If the anchor tag is to directly include an image then an alt tag should be supplied (and left blank if appropriate)
