Hi Kian,

The restart doesn’t work. I still can’t get `pro detach` to work. I’m getting no lines for the journalctl command (please see below). Thanks.

Hi,

Weighing in from the Livepatch team it looks like the Livepatch daemon
is potentially stuck or possibly restarting frequently.

Could you provide us with the logs from the following command, these are
most recent 200 log lines from the Livepatch daemon.

- journalctl -t canonical-livepatch.canonical-livepatchd -n 200 -r

And you can also try the following to restart the snap

- sudo snap restart canonical-livepatch

After the restart, if the issue persists, it might be worth it to check
the logs again to try and spot anything noteworthy.

Bug description:
the problem is reported in /var/log/ubuntu-advantage.log but i'm not
sure how to fix it. i just want to detach and re-attached but i want
to make sure liveupdate is turned off.
