Comment 9 for bug 2004018

I've verified that the version of ubuntu-advantage-tools fixes this bug by following the test steps listed in the description. Test logs are attached. Notice that this bug never affected kinetic, so the kinetic test log demonstrates that it didn't happen on kinetic before and still doesn't happen with the new version.
