hmmm, looks like hdb2 (which s/b a 4 GB /) is only 7.5 MB? and 100% full?

I'll try again latter but I need to reboot and check to see if the MBR boot sector was hosed? (I really wish the grub boot sector was treated with much more importance and much easier to position on any (/boot) partition.

(The attachment screens need to be on the first page too. Rather late on this screen)

OK, this was a foobar, It can be closed.
The GB was switched back to MB and the hdb2 partition filled up.

Seems to me that Linux programs need a lot more polish on the gui entries.
1. They should not crash because of a "out of space" issue.
2. It should do checks for sanity, limits, reality.
3. The grub boot sector goes on the fisrt sector of the /boot partition (where ever that may be and there can be many), NOT on the mbr of the second or third or nn drive. hd(n,n) NOT hd(n)

thanks for listening. Hope the gets polished up before Stage Coach and Rifleman come out. (And Ubuntu 7.04)
