Well, I tested 20111012 for i386.iso and amd64.iso today.
I found out that if you select language at the boot, you will get a partially translated interface which not all translations are loaded. However, if you select nothing and wait for ubuntu enters itself or you use English first to Install, you will get a completely translated interface.
Kind of odd, both iso (i386 and amd64) are affected now. Tested on Virtualbox.
