Installer from LiveCD ubuntu 6.10 edgy crashes in HW-Detection

The Installer from the LiveCD 6.10 crashes at Hardware-Detection.

and, as it is every time, is lost the logfiles. As is try to refail to get the needed files the Installer runs perfectly.
I'm very sorry, but i cannot attach the needed files...

Thanks for your report. This is also bug 62939 (see that bug for a description of the problem) and is fixed in current Edgy.
