I wish I could help with this, but I have no idea what went wrong. I am using a recently factory refurbished Toshiba Portege S100-S1132. I got to the very end of the installer (I believe the program was trying to detect and install a floppy drive, which I don't have) and then it crashed. Good luck, and thanks!
