Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
Today I downloaded alpha4 desktop amd64 iso, moved it onto liveUSB via unetbootin, and tried to install on my hard drive from liveUSB.
I tried 3 times - when installator is adding new users, ubiquity crush, and installator disappears, without continuing it's job.
In result, I'm not able to install Ubuntu to the hard drive.

In fact I found this bugreport: /bugs.launchpad .net/ubuntu/ +source/ ubiquity/ +bug/258603

And checked my /home directory.
There was the same userdir that I wanted to create, and that was the reason that installer crashed.
After changing username or removing old userdir, everything was fixed.
