Bug Description
This may be more related to LiveCD that Ubiquity (if so, please close this bug and point me to proper place where it would be OK to report it) but I'll take my chances.
I did 'Install from Windows' installation of 8.04 -- after I reached second stage of installation I noticed that even when only thing I see is progressbar, screen blanker still works. I saw it blanking my screen, so there was no problem, but I imagine it could misled someone to thinking that installation crashed.
Especially if someone is not watching screen and then sees that everything went black.
