Install Dell oem image on Latitude 7330 Rugged Extreme with ubiquity 22.04.20.

After installation:
1. $ sudo apt update
2. $ sudo apt install debsums
3. $ sudo debsums -c

No `debsums -c` returns the error of /sbin/start-stop-daemon popped.
