Just for the context:

Now I can remember, that the installation encountered problems while trying to update the bootloader:

I could not go further retrying and/or skip (it was not frozen, but clicks did not have any effect) which is why I hardly switched off my computer at this point.

It might have avoid any post installation cleanup. If this is the case, then just ignore this bug.
