Sorry for missunderstanding you.
No, in Control Center -> Keyboard -> Layout -> add the right keyboard is added.
What it does not affect from Control Center is the file /etc/default/keyboard which I do not know if it should.

Also the Switzerland keyboard layouts differ in Control Panel.
what i mean with differ is swissgerman and swissfrench do not have the same layout. That is how it should be.

Only in Ubiquity(Ubuntu installation) all layouts for switzerland are the same.
for example if I press '$' the output is '#' for swissgerman keyboard and when i press '$'(which could be for example '-') also '#' is the output for swissfrench keyboard.
