2016-02-05 19:48:19 Noman Knost bug added bug
2016-02-05 19:49:44 Noman Knost description I installed Ubuntu 15.10 twice today. In the installation routine I entered my passphrase for LUKS and after this i had to choose my keyboard layout... As i used a special character (#) i did not know what i entered exactly under the regime of the default keyboard layout (en_US?) . It took too long for me to figure out what key combination I had to press so i reinstalled ubuntu an used another passphrase. Woudln't it be the better approach to first let the user choose his keyboard layout and afterwards let him enter his passphrase? I can't see the logic behind the actual order... Perhaps it isn't a real bug, but it's really annoying and no real use for this. I installed Ubuntu 15.04 twice today.
