14.04.3:Two installation options are not translated to simplified Chinese

Bug Description
When select simplified Chinese as default system language during installation, there are two options still shown as English in Installation type page.
STEPS:
1. Grab the latest image from http://
2. Use qemu to create a cow2 image file for hdd
3. Run kvm -m 2048 -hda ubuntu-hda.qcow2 -cdrom trusty-
4. Boot up the image, select simplified Chinese as default system language from left language column
6. Select Install Ubuntu option
7. Continue and go to Installation type page
8. Check if all items are translated to simplified Chinese
EXPECTED:
All items should be shown as simplified Chinese
ACTUAL:
There are two options still shown as English:
"Encrypt the new Ubuntu installation for security and Use LVM with the new Ubuntu installation", please refer to screenshot for details.
