I removed a Windows partition and some other partitions during the install and when I clicked continue the Force UEFI Installation? box came up and I was unable to move forward or backward with either Continue or Go Back buttons.
Also, sorry, I think I accidentally changed the status of the Ubiquity bug from Triage to In Progress and I couldn't change it back. :/
