System can't restart if user removes usb key and press restart after installation is done.
Step:
1) Install Ubuntu from USB key
2) Installation is done and "Installation is complete. You need to start the computer in order to use the new installation." has shown.
3) Remove USB key
4) Press 'Restart' button on the message box
result: System can't restart automatically.
Please note, this issue can be also reproduced on Ubuntu 14.04. |
After ubiquity finished installation, it pops up the message box and remind user to restart the computer.
Unfortunately if user removes the USB key before clicks 'Restart' button, the file system is damaged and result in system can't restart.
Step:
