If you use the link in comment 18, click on the version you want, then click the powerpc build link you'll get something like this

That has all the powerpc.deb files. The _all.deb files can be found by following the i386 build link.

However, there are 2.15.26 builds in your ftp.tu-chemnitz.de link.

What do you mean it failed? Does it have the same error message as your logs from bug 1294813?
