Bug Description
I'm testing the Ubuntu GNOME amd64 20130903 live image and I find that clicking on Install in the launcher fails to launch ubiquity. You can however install either from the initial boot menu or selecting install if you just wait for the "try" or "install" options appear on the screen.
I've also tested Lubuntu images (20130902.1) and they are not effected so I suspect this is limited to Ubuntu GNOME only, and this may well not actually be a 'ubiquity' bug, but it was requested at bug #1217177 that I file a new bug to collect info and I thought this would be a good place to start.
