UbuntuKylin logo in the middle of screen is stretched into an oval during installation and oem-config.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download ubuntukylin-13.04-desktop-amd64.iso and boot the image
2. Check the UbuntuKylin logo

Actual Result:
UbuntuKylin logo in the middle of screen is stretched into an oval

Expected Result:
The circle shape of UbuntuKylin logo should be round.
