There aren't any translations for Dutch or Icelandic in the mentioned flavors (Budgie and Lubuntu). You will need to submit translations for the slideshows at https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/artful/+sources/ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu/+translations
