Oh, well. I have TPM 2 which is being handled by tpm2-tools.

This issue is related to TPM 1 package trousers which work only with TPM 1. In my case was triggered by installing tpm-tools (missing package descriptions with refference to TPM 1).

PS: And for TPM 2, use tpm2-tools.
