Binary package hint: transmission

Now that Transmission uses an indicator applet, it is impossible to quickly peek at the current upload / download without opening Transmission, since the current system doesn't do tooltips (bug #528108).

A similar issue was solved for Rhythmbox by adding an insensitive menu item at the top of the indicator menu with the text that used to appear in the notification icon's tooltip. Seeing the overall upload / download speed for Transmission is extremely useful, so it would make sense to port that feature to the new system in the same fashion.
