If you have the gtk dev package installed, you can get it by running "pkg-config --modversion gtk+-2.0" in a terminal. If you don't have the dev package installed, that command will probably return "No package found" instead....
Since I'm not able to trigger this bug in either gtk+ 2.10.4 or 2.18.6, I suspect it's a new bug in the version of GTK+ in Lucid...
