This doesn't appear to be an invalid request, as we've passed DIF. It is however not currently a complete sync request. When the debian adjustments are complete (or if there is extended delay), please revisit this bug and either present a new candidate for upload or retitle & edit the description to match a sync. If I am mistaken, and there is a strong reason not to include 0.96 in hardy, please reset to Invalid, and provide an explanation as to why this shouldn't be done.
