I also had this bug after upgrading to 9.04, and
sudo apt-get install tracker-utils
tracker-processes -r # --hard-reset
solved the problem. However, it occured again after I accidentally pulled the plug of my computer. I now uninstalled tracker. As savebart, I also have a ntfs drive, but it's mounted with an UUID.
