Now, as Pjotr12345 reported (considering the updates applied), gdmsetup is now shown when loaded, but I still get the "No such file..." message several times.
I think I found the problem: gdmsetup looks for .gtk-bookmarks in your home directory, but, since it's loaded as root, it looks for the file in /root and it doesn't exists there. To the people with this problem, please try to copying this file from your home directory to /root to confirm that this is the problem and report your results. Now gdmsetup should load without the "No such file..." messages, or at least it did for me.
