nautilus is unable to load some video previews

Nautilus is unable to load some MP4 video files previews. I also noticed that Totem cannot playback these videos but other video players can, like gnome-mplayer for example. I send a screenshot

the previews come from totem, if totem can't play them that's probably normal that it can't thumbnail them, you might need gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg or something

Well, i have that package already installed, so the bug may be about that package... what should i do? report another bug?
