I can also confirm this bug in Herd 4.

My screen is usually at 1024*768 at 85 Hz, but when I switch to fullscreen in Totem, my screen resizes to 1280*1024 at 60 Hz.

My monitor is a Philips 107 E5 and my video card is Nvidia GeForce4 MX 440 AGP 8x 64 MB.
