Totem error message on encrypted DVD is not translated

Bug Description

Launch an encrypted DVD with totem and you will get an error message.

In my case this message is not translated in french.

This string comes from gst-plugins-ugly:

This package is not part of the main repository, so it must be translated upstream, and we should wait until it is packaged for Ubuntu.
