totem-gstreamer has to be restarted after visualisation change

That's not what i wxpect from a gnome app (gconf-immediate apply has to be here)
while the xine version immidiately applies the change of visualistaion-plugin,
the gstreamer version wants me to restart the app to apply changes.
this must be changed it reminds me for some popular OS at 1992
