Comment 5 for bug 134134

A couple notes: First, as of today's daily desktop live image, this is still a problem...are we expecting to merge the upstream patch before beta freeze?

Second, does the patch also address .spx files? "fables_01_01_aesop.spx" from the Examples directory on the live cd throws the same error when double-clicked. If the patch was already included upstream and this wasn't addressed, I suppose I should open a new bug.
