Am going to mark as invalid because -
totem-mozilla 3.0.x & earlier would allow the playback & download of .mov, ,mp4 & the playback of local .mov., .mp4.
the 3.4.x version does not, but will play them directly from the online site.
So that seems like a minor issue of no real importance
