I can also reproduce the problem following these steps:

1 - System -> Administration -> Language Support -> Install/Remove Languages -> Hungarian -> Check the INSTALLED box -> Apply Changes
2 - Enter your sudo password -> Click OK
3 - Wait for the installation to complete.
4 - Click Close to the installation dialog which should return you to the Language Prompt
5 - Change the Language to Hungarian for both pulldowns.
6 - Logoff
7 - Options from the login screen -> Select Language -> Choose Hungarian -> Change Language -> Yes
8 - Login
9 - Launch TomBoy -> click FILE then NEW
10 - Observe the problem.
