Comment 27 for bug 914991

I am new to this process, just want to point out how severe this is. I have been using Thunderbird for years now and very happy with it, but this bug makes it completely unusable. I (and several other people at my work place) are faced with finding another newsreader, because this bug is a complete show stopper, and from the status above, looks like no one even assigned to it??
The "normal" classification certainly doesn't fit what I see - for me this is complete loss of function, dead in the water.
