Comment 47 for bug 805136

I've now tried this on Windows (9.0) and Linux (nightly), and in both cases, it's possible to both resize and scroll the account settings dialog. While there are probably other things we can do to improve the account settings dialog for small screens, the solution described in comment 0 - "the windows need to be able to be resized and scroll - then they would work on any monitor" - is resolved by bug 567280.

Any remaining issues should go into followup bugs (some of which probably exist already) to make things easier to follow.
