Your STR with up/down arrow is totally different to the original report. I can probably replicate your STR with the latest SeaMonkey whereas I could not replicate the original STR with SeaMonkey. With what authority do you presume to alter the original STR? If the original STR cannot be replicated it might be best to close this bug report and start another one.
