I'm not smart enough to be able to recreate the problem, but here's a bit of HTML source from a message where this did go wrong:

Everything after </font> is smaller than that which is before it. Let me know if you need more of the HTML source stuff and I'll work at removing 'particulars' (i.e., addresses, etc.)
