The linked page is about Thunderbird, but the extension is probably also compatible with SeaMonkey, the only problem is that SeaMonkey still lacks of an extension manager and that the extension doesn't contain an installation script, but the extension manager support is planned for SeaMonkey.
Anyway, you need a patched version of SeaMonkey (or the future gecko 1.9 based version).
