the reply modes are currently hardcoded in C++ files (at least, they were 2
years ago)- You could just add another mode. The only problem then might be to
get the content of an unusal header. As for the actual code, "The way to a
messgae" <http://www.bucksch.com/1/projects/mozilla/12306/> might help (the 2
<ul>-<li>s are 2 different ways I found). Maybe, it is of some help.

another algorithm could be to just "Reply to All Recipients", but not the
sender. I.e. send the reply to all in To, cc[, bcc], newsgroups, followup-to,
but don't add the contents of From and Sender.
