Possibly, but isn't that an actually an argument for changing the normal reply button functionality? That way, we guarantee that Reply on a list post will *always* work the way the users are used to for "most lists" today. Differently put, if most lists will send replies to the list, then it is even more likely that users are confused if they ever come across one that will not. And also that an additional "Reply to List" button will be seen as confusing.

It would be a lot better to add a "Private Reply" button as suggested here earlier if extra control is wanted, IMO. This will make sense even for lists that do set Reply-To (it will have to ignore this header, of course.)

And by the way, I consider myself a power-user, but I'm not really that interested in "control" - what I want is first and foremost *some* way to send a message response to the list only, without having to type in or remove adresses, but also consistent "reply" functionality for list messages. I really see no other way of providing that than changing the Reply behaviour. (I'm really not that interested in the "private" reply - I consider it an exception, and don't mind so much adding the address by hand in that case.)
