I've said it before, but I really don't think adding yet another button would be good. I think we should basically have one reply button that just does the right thing in any context; I don't want to have to worry about choosing different buttons for different types of emails. And the right way of replying to a list post, is to reply to the list, IMO.
This probably also means that the option, if included at all, should be on by default.
