I like the expanded menu idea in comment #155. There is a second instance (mailing list) of not making Reply-To the default in cases where it exists. Like Pete, in comment #156, I think that if Reply-To exists, it should be the default.

But I think the list of choices you are offering is great, and expanding them to use the real email address is even better. Dunno from the examples if you are intending to include the "full name" part of the address or only the email address itself. Mozilla generally uses/preserves the whole thing, unlike AOL which drops the "full name" and Outlook, which suppresses/hides the email address wherever possible. I like the Mozilla approach, generally, of showing both, even though it is longer. I do have multiple friends named "Mike", etc., so both are handy to make it clear.
