ok seems tbird 2.0.0.6 and reply-to-list are fine even without showing all headers. Please redownload and install the .xpi again from http://alumnit.ca/wiki/attachments/replytolist-0.2.0.xpi as i got it working without doing anything differnet including using the same profile as i have been.
