Comment 12 for bug 322256

weird, looking in my news.rc file, I have something like this:

1-5000,5773,5774

5773 is my thread root, 5774 is my expired thread child.

I would have expected to see 5773-5774.

perhaps that's at the root of the problem.

(the reason it would work on subsequent clicks is I think the unread set code
caches the last thing.)
