Much much better indeed, thanks for this news and to the authors of the
patch.
Unfortunately, TB 3.1 no longer remembers whether the RR was sent.
It requests sending another one each time the e-mail is opened.

In general, for many good ideas about e-mail design, look at good old
Eudora.
Eudora prompts for sending RR when closing the message with
Send/Postpone/Ignore.
