I too am having the same problem as most of the others. I have 2 gmail accounts both of which are connected to TB (2.0.0.16) via IMAP and both of which have their passwords stored in TB and are encrypted using the master password facility. TB frequently prompts me for the password of my primary account during the day, and frequently will do so several times in succession even though I have checked the box to save the password. My secondary account, although not used as much, never requires that I manually enter a password.
I've checked the stored passwords for both accounts and they have always been the correct ones. When TB is first started sometimes it will prompt me for the password on my primary account before prompting me for the master password. Other times it will prompt me only for the master password and correctly log on the both email accounts. And, other times I am not prompted for a master password at all. As I mentioned earlier I am never prompted for the password on my secondary email account.
This happens frequently enough each day that I will gladly capture any additional information to help resolve the problem, however, I will probably need some technical guidance as to what additional information is required and possibly how and where to get it.
