This is definitely NOT INVALID and NOT RESOLVED. The bug has been confirmed by many users, has received 34 votes. At least 7 bugs have been marked as duplicates of this bugs. 44 people have subscribed to the bug.

Please before closing the bug explain clearly what we're supposed to do to prevent this constant repeat-download issue that we're all seeing.
