Marked bug 324146 as a duplicate of this one. This issue is still outstanding and is substantial enough that the RSS portion of TB simply is unusable for my purposes.

For many of the authenticated feeds (IBM, Livejournal), I simply have the forums email me with updates. I consider this to be a functional workaround, but this should be unnecessary.

How do we get this picked up by someone with resolver skill?
