I have
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS,
8GB RAM,
i5 4-Core Intel CPU,
SSD,
It's a Laptop.

I am facing same issue, I have installed Thunderbird 91.8.0 (64-bit), and the CPU usage is high and the interface is not responsive, the cursor lags, feels heavy while using.
