Probably of interest: The X-LIC-ERROR line is not in the ics exported from the caldav server, but it is in the ics exported from lightning. I suppose that it only marks, that lightning got a parsing error in one of the preceding lines. Plus: it seems to always be about a TRIGGER.

Here to the spec, https:/ /icalendar. org/iCalendar- RFC-5545/ 3-8-6-3- trigger. html VALUE=DURATION: -PT10M looks legit, it is a relative alarm

The ;VALUE=DURATION part is optional though. TRIGGER:-PT10M would do as well. Probably the ics parser just does not like it spelt out in full.
